After work relaxing tips:

After a long day at work you need to have a relaxing day where you can continue for the evening or the next day.Here are some few tips to relax quickly:

TAKING WARM SHOWER:


 

This is especially relaxing if you add aromatherapy bath salts to your bath water
The warm water also dilates blood vessels, allowing more blood and oxygen flow into tight, stressed out muscles throughout the body. Releasing muscle tension keeps the body relaxed and comfortable.


Listen to Soothing Music:

Listening to soothing music to relieve stress 

Listening to soft, soothing music is one of the fastest ways to alter your mood and put your mind in a more relaxed state.

Yoga or Other Gentle Exercise:


Basic Yoga Positions 

The repetitious movements and slow, methodic nature of yoga and other gentle exercises are excellent to make you relax.


GET A MASSAGE:

Go to a massage therapist or if you cant afford ask your woman or husband,massage make you relax mentally and physically,massage also relieve lower blood pressure, increase circulation and flexibility and even boost the immune system.

 A 20-minute "power nap" can leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on new challenges.

LAUGH LAUGH AND LAUGH MORE:

Laughing decreases blood pressure and heart rate, increases oxygen in the blood, make an effort to have a few laughs with your coworkers as often as you can throughout your day.
